  1. It wouldn't urprise me if the fuel light comes on in the ZZE122 with 10 litres to go because thats about when mine comes on in the ZZE123. If I refuel shortly after the fuel light comes on I can only get in about 50 litres. ZZE123 def has a 60L tank.
  2. Here here! Mr Howard did do a pretty good job, although I am totally not into politics.
  3. Mick, What was the name of your exhaust bloke again? I have some work coming up for him involving an engine back system. Might get him to make up a Mick spec box for it. Sorry Rob, Haven't been back in the thread til now. I can't remember the name of the dam exhaust place. After consulting yellow pages though I believe its Roadway Mufflers. Yellow pages ad can be found here. I can't remember the owners name though. May have been Geoff although not sure. He should remember the car though. It spent abit of time there. The box I got from him is a Supercat. Model i'm not sure. In other news, this Sunday is looking doable although this is subject to change as I have friends coming to stay for the Crusty Demons show. It just will depend if they will leave to travel home before the cruise or not.
  4. Very handy calculator for finding out what size tyres you should select when moving up/down rim sizes. Simply enter the dimensions of the cars factory rubber and then add the size you were thinking of moving to. It will give you a size by side comparison of all dimensions. http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp
  5. Hi Guys, I might just start by saying I have used the search function (with wildcard) and cannot find a single reference to this brand. Whether or not I have spelt the word correctly is another issue altogether. As i'm about due for tyres (225/35/18) I've been doing quite abit of ringing around and researching for a new set of hoops. It seems now the specified size is rarer than when I brought the last set. One retailer really heavily recommended Marangoni's ($240 a corner), which at that point I had never heard of before. From what i've been able to find out so far, is that they are an Italian made high performance tyre and more commonly available here in 18-20inch sizes at 235 and up widths (common with Falcon and Commodore and other large car fitments) Only info i've been able to find from here in Oz is on the LS1 forums and so far feedback is positive. What I'd like to know is if anyone at all has a set of these or know of anyone that has them, i'd be really interested to hear any feedback anyone has.
  6. 1st wkd of Feb is a no go for me and the arvo/evening of the 16th.... Apart from that, all good so far.

  8. The darker ones for sure. Buona!
  9. I've had this noise as well. Its one of two things just the pad clearance on the rear discs or just a build up of pad dust between the pad and the rotor. As stated by the others, you can try giving them a clean out or roughen up.
  10. Duuudes! Whats been crackin? Seems everyone has been quite busy, myself included. I didn't read back through the thread history.... anything been going on? Simo: end up calling that place for a quote on a spitroast???
