Hey, i was driving today and all of a sudden, the compartment door broke. Im talkin about the one above the ash tray.
The left side broke, and now its just hanging loose. Anyone experience the same problem? Anyone know where can get it fixed?, its pissn me off coz one side is hanging looks unco.

its quite a comon problem and will cost you $3-400 to fix it as you have to buy the whole center console.

common really? do you reckon its worth it to get it fixed? any suggestions on what to do besides gettin it fixed?

try using some shticky tape. it works on everything. lol

Did the hinge part snap or is it just missing the spring on the side??? Note there is only one spring to hold it up...

i think the spring is actually on the other side ..... yeah mine did the same thing

so i got a little screw from a dead watch that i had and i screwed it into the plastic through the hole that was used to hold that side of the door in

not a perfect fix but it did the job

I think the hinge part snapped (its like a tiny round/ball looking peice), and its missing a spring.
I came from highpoint in melbourne today and at the car park i saw a sportivo same model and color, checked it out and they too have a broken silver door exactly like mine. tripped out. lol
