I own a zre152 acsente hatch adn i wanted to buy the levins side skirts and rear mud guards and i was curious to know if toyota will sell these to me or woul di have to own a levein to get these parts?

Toyota will sell you what ever you want to buy, they are not like Holden for example with their HSV parts where you must supply a VIN ect before they will even look them up.

well not really i dont think you can buy a TRD SC for a aurion can you??

either way with the parts YOU are looking for they should sell them to you

You can buy the SC as a spare part, its mega $$$ but you can buy them.

They will sell you at a ridiculous price.
Your choice to buy it or not.

I wish you had told them that before I rang them a while back... they wouldnt even give me a price, or tell me if they had what I wanted in stock, unless I called back with my VIN.

The reason the parts department usually insists on a VIN is to ensure the correct part is ordered. If you dont have a Levin, go look at one in the dealer's sales lot and write down the VIN from a car that has the parts you want.

When I go in armed with specific part numbers I want to order without a VIN, any parts that aren't in local stock usually have an orange sticker on them that states "special order, no returns" attached when they arrive from interstate or overseas.

does that price include the parts resprayed? seems like you'd proberly better off getting a levin zr in the first place

we get hsv, trd parts and so forth all the time.
if we break parts on cars at work we must get some more in and we never have to hand over VIN's.
like last week we soaked a BOSE amplifier in a caprice owned by state fleet and they handed a new one straight over.

also i recommend trying to bargain with them ascendant, the car industry can lower prices and so forth.

Or get a kit imported
