I am hoping someone may know if there is any aftermarket tail lights for the ST184 or if you know anyone who does custom tail lights. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

MATE! whether its for a ST184/185 or even a custom made set it aint gonna happen... i've been down this track - even looked in Japan.. theres nothing at all... havent a clue why not.

there are people online that have made DIY sets.. but even with the skills they look average.

Bad news i know but hopefully this advice saves you time hunting for nothing - i've done most of the searches... would love a set of "Altezza" tail lights, its a real shame.

Hello Deb (I think) As has been said, never seen a set available ANYWHERE.
Just having a quick look at a photo of a set, looks like it would be incredibly hard to modify them.

i like these ones never seen em for sale though

Thanks for your help. Been searching for about the last year. Also been trying to track someone down who can modify them, but no one seems to knowledge to do so
