I have and it looks good to me.....should I pull the rubber out and reinstall them to make sure? (we talking about the soft rubber around the boot opening right?)

This is pretty normal for hatchbacks [my AE102 did it quite badly]. Just check on the boot after a good dose of rain periodically.

Sit in the boot with a torch while someone pours water over the back on the car with the hose, find your leak and fix it up

THANKS GUYS, but I cant pinpoint where the leark is coming from....see where i got a dotted line> the water is coming down inside that cavity. Should I remove the roof lining and see?

Did you have any luck finding what caused your leak??
I am having the same problem atm , gonna pull the boot apart this weekend to try and find the source.
Will post what I find if I get that far.
