Toyota Owners Club - Australia > Toyota Models > Corolla / Corolla Sportivo

hey i was wondering, i drive a 2003 corolla sportivo, my driver door and rear right door are damaged, is it possitble to get a 2003 corolla (base or lower model) and put my inside trims on those and install it on my car?

keep your trim, i dont know the state of the window bracket and internals so you may be able to re use them also.

but im 99% certain that the door skin (outer) is the same

if you can get them from a south african made rolla then it should be ok

You might have trouble mounting the motor for the electric windows if it's not South African.

Is the silver a different shade too?

I think I read a post by SuperDave a long time ago, that the door handles between the SA and JP-built models are at slightly different positions from each other. So that might be an issue. Try to find a door from an SA-built Corolla.
