hey guys, my TRD CAI arrived this morning, the only thing is i have no idea on how to install the thing (not very good with mechanics), i'm located in the south east melbourne area (Springvale), so if anyone is willing to lend a helping hand that would be great... quite happy to pay for petrol costs/lunch or whatever

If you had a pre-facelift i could do it easy. but a facelift... Installing it isn't so bad,if u take off the frontbumper bar for an easy job. I know there are ways to do it just by removing the mud guard thing but again i only know how to on a preface lift . Well, i'm game to try but can other ppl post up how to remove the front bumper on these new ones?

but i really hate the screws at the very top of the resonator box, where u really gotta bend ur hand at a funny angle to get at? and besides, the facelift foggies are different from what i'm used to working with so i wasn't going risk someone else's stuff. But Yi, if ur're game for some exploration work i'm free tonight. U still got my number yeah?

will most likely have it in after my 10k service since toyota says it will void engine warranty? snice i'm already just over 9k km i might as well wait instead of putting it on now and taking it back off in a week or so... i'll dig up this thread again when i have my 10k service done, thx for all the offers guys

U will need a hammer and bit of timber to modify it behind the battery thats all
