Something that's been brought up before, the search function isn't the most effective, so something that can assist in reducing the amount of repeated discussions on the same topics is to pin up/sticky threads for common topics in the forums:
Eg:
The Intake Thread.
The ECU Thread.
The Suspension Thread.
The Exhaust Thread.
etcetera ...

Yes, Yes that's all great, but it's being ignored. What I mean is have a pinned thread for major topics as I listed above.
Intake Thread
Exhaust Thread
Suspension etc etc.

So that people just post in these threads rather than continuously bringing up new ones as they do

They don't have to be sub-forums, just pinned topics like the "spotted" one.
