I think you better lock the threads in the traders section and leave them as Information only threads. Otherwise I can see them becoming 20 pages of Q & A.

People can equire directly with the advertising trader with questions. If there's too many posts on these threads it can possibly have a negative impact on the traders advert who is ultimately paying for the space.
