  1. Anyone wanting to get replacement rocker cover gaskets for the 2m or 4m motor can buy them from Industrial Gaskets and Sealants at sales@indgas.com.au. I have just taken my rocker cover to them and they have now placed the drawing on file so you will only be billed for the gasket, $13. Quote Don Radford if need be to locate it. Classic Crown
  2. I have popsted a few pics of the waggon and also my modern toyota, the FJ55 (1977) landcruiser which is really only just run in at 220K

  5. Thanks for that - I will get onto Flynns pronto, I know Steve well but he is light on for waggons! I had a reply from Spencer and have managed to rub off his post, so if you are reading this Spencer, please email me at radford@chem.usyd.edu.au Thanks Don
  6. I will popst some pics when I work out how to do it!

  7. Thanks Chobis. I must check the owners manual which I still have, but I have always quoted ms47 - wouldn't make much difference unless a body part was involved I suppose. Thanks for the tip re parts. There is a local here at Terry Hills in Sydney who has a lot of crowns in a large shed and who sometimes parts with bits and pieces but waggons are rare now. I will post some pics of the car when I return from a trip up north in about a month. It is still very presentable despite being my primary transport, Don
  8. Anyone know where we can access toyota crown parts for old models? I need a new tailgate handle for my 1967 crown waggon, but the wrecker that used to be in the Snowy Mountains of NSW seems to have gone and he was a most useful supplier. Don Radford
  9. I have owned my faithful 1967 crown waggon since 1971, done around 400,000 miles on its third motor now. It has become so well known in the district that I dare not be involved in any nefarious activities as I would be surely recognised!. My modern car is a 1977 FJ55 land cruiser but it has only run up 220,000 k so is still being run in really. Don Radford
