Hi all long time follower, first post! I would like to ask some questions after detailing the car. I bought a used car 2 weeks back and because the dealer decided to paint on 2 tubs of tyre gloss, it sprayed all over the bodywork. At the time, I did not notice much swirl marks. Anyway, new car, new set of tools. I went and bought NXT shampoo, maguires lambs wool washer, kenzo microfibre cloths, mothers claybar and NXT wax. Used the 2 bucket method, etc etc. Followed all the recommended processes. When I had a very close look, the car looks like it has "developed" swirl marks.......... 1) Could it just be that the car had swirls prior? 2) Parts of the car felt "rough" as though there is no clear on it despitel it now a brand new coat of wax. Comments please would be greatly be appreciated. Also, its a silver car so swirls ain't too bad. Just being anal.
