  1. I finally got around to changing the 2 oxygen sensors in the exhaust manifolds of my grande.The average fuel reading was up to 14.5 before changing and now reads 12.7 so that should result in a bit of fuel and money saved.The sensors have a life of around 100,000 ks and I think it is worth changing them. It is a simple job so shouldn't cost too much to do.I paid $75 dollars for the two and took about an hour to change them both.
  2. Hi all, MY avalon Grande has electric seats and the passengers seat will move forward almost touching the dash but wont move back far enough to streach you legs right out. There is a mile of room in the rear for it to go back another 250 mm but it is restricted by a stop of some sort. Has anyone had any experience of getting more rear movement? Cheers Brian
  3. Hi all,I'm a new member from Perth West Aust. I have owned 2 Avalons The first,a 2000 MK1 VXI and the current,a 2005 Grande and I think it is the best car I have owned. Looking forward to enjoying this forum.
