  1. Hi I have a Toyota Aurion GSV50R and the problem I'm having is with the left rear door. I had a small car park bingle on the very bottom of the door but was still usable but decided to replace the door with a new one well the shell of the door, The Window was still working prior to replacement. So I installed the new door and my window isn't responding at all. I have checked the fuses. The motor still works as I applied 12v directly to get the window back up. Neither controls from the passenger or the drivers master work (all other windows are working) Could this be a hall effect sensor problem, an ECU problem or a Wiring issue? I have re-seated the wiring harness numerous times in the door frame as it is tedious to get to thinking that maybe it didn't make good contact with the connector but nothing has changed. Any suggestions would be helpful as money is in short supply to take it to the Dealership or Auto Electrician thanks.
  2. Hi there first time poster! I have a Toyota Aurion 2012 VX50 (GSV50R-JETDKQ) series and have a code I cannot clear "DIAG DSS1" along with flashing Check engine Engine, ABS, Seat-belt etc. I rang Toyota the guy I spoke to said he has never seen nor heard of this error before. The car was fine until i wanted to charge a battery I had not been using for a few weeks it was a little flat (12.26v) and didn't turn over the first go but the 2nd time it was fine and still is keeping a good voltage of 12.6V (after a charge) or so but this seemed to of caused the error bit of a nuisance that just a flat battery would cause an error so annoying. The error code remains with either battery now. The Disp Button wont respond to this error, When I power off it momentary return to the now Avg fuel screen as normal The car still starts as normal no erratic idling starts withing 2-4 seconds as normal seems fine other than the display. I would hate to remove the cigarette lighter incorrectly lol anyone have any ideas on this error or how to clear non related (assuming) ECU faults? Thanks!
