When sitting in traffic I get this quiet ascending squealing noise, at first I thought it was AC related but even with the AC off it happens. Best way I can describe it is it sounds like turning the windshield washer on, but it gets louder for a few seconds (maybe 5 or 6 secs?) and then stops Any idea what it is and how to fix it?
