It will stall sharply and sometimes it dies slowly, my icv valve is brand new about 3 month's old, my throttle body was cleaned at the same time.

Hi all i would like a little help with a problem i have with my 99 sr5 2.7lt. It's stalling on start and then when im pulling up to a intersection. I've replaced fuel pump, leads plugs, iac valve, injectors, battery and air flow sensor in the air box. Please if anyone has any clue it will be greatly appreciated.
