Hi all i am looking to replace my tail lights in my 1992 4runner with altezza tail lights but all i can find are ones for hilux ute`s they look the same but the eBay add says they wont fit a 4runner the only thing i can see in the difference is they have a reversing light in them but i figure if that the only difference in them i cant see why i cant fit them if they are the same de-mentions. Dose anyone know if they are the same apart from the reverse light which i just wouldn't use. I have supplied a photo of them..
