Hi all, new to this but if anyone could help out it would be appreciated, the DVD player that comes out of the roof on my Sahara got headbutted and now makes a noise when it opens and closes... it also stays open now rather then closed. I took it in for a service at Toyota and ask them to look at it, they couldn't fix it at the depot and I couldn't believe the price of a new one ($6500.00 and that's no typo)
I was told it was a Fujitsu TV so I gave them a ring to see if someone in WA could fix it but got nothing out of them either, I guess I'm just seeing if this happened to anyone else and what was the cheapest way of repairing it.
P.S. the DVD player stills works, its just the frame/gears that make it go up and down need attention.
