  1. Hi I fitted Old Man Emu Nitro shocks, springs, and lift kit to my Prado i had them installed by ARB they were very good firmed up my rig very well I think with fitting of the shocks were around $800 - $900.
  2. Mick the other thing to look at is get rid of the stock exhaust and put a 3" system on you will notice your turbo will perform better as you will have reduced the back pressure and allow it to spin earlier. I also put a DP Chit on mine from Andrew at Berrima Diesel in NSW, so if you have any questioins about your rig on the diesel side I highly recommend them.
  3. Hi Mick I have the same car (and its great) and made enquiries about the same as I tow a caravan. I was informed by a suspension guy here in Perth that I would need to have the self levelling system (SLS) disabled and then have the lift kit and upgraded and airbags fitted at a cost of $2800. However I was told by a rep from the Air Bag Man at the Perth 4x4 show that I can have the airbags fitted without disabling the system and I am going to look at upgrading the rear springs alone. So to answer your question you need to talk to a specialist suspension guy that are familiar with the SLS. Cheers Peter1955
