Checked all the fuses. All ok.

Hi. My Hiluz has the 3.0TD 1KZ-te. I have an issue with no glow plug lights or engine lights. Car turns over but will not start. I have purchased a second hand ECU thinking that could be it and to my surprise it started. However after 10 mins stopped and had excactly the same issue, Any Help?
