Spotted silver Rolla, either Levin or Sportivo (I'm a little colour blind and it was getting dark so I may confuse the silver with the chrome on the grille surround), lowered, with personalised number plates and some truly luverly chrome alloys, clearly bigger than standard!

This was in a park on the corner of Muller and Beams Rd at Taigum/Boondall just after 6pm this evening.

I'm wondering if its possibly Silvabullit ... the pics of his car on the forum are close to the mark and Bracken Ridge is only a few suburbs away from the park in question ... :huh:

Double sighting...

Black Stivo... Milsons Point, coming up the hill from Luna Park next to the Harbour Bridge about 3pm Sun 20th March (yesterday)

Black Stivo... not sure if the same one, had similar white premium plates though (didn't catch the numbers of each so not sure if the same car) other side of the bridge going down the hill next to the the bridge in the Rocks next to Bridgeclimb registration about 3:30pm same day...

Also... apparently the Corolla is the most popular car sold in Sydney in 2004 according the RTA new registration figures... source Cars Guide - Sunday Telegraph - 20 March 2005. The liftout also had a lovely silver stivo on the cover and a red stivo associated with the article...

Yeah buddha it was me! One of my other home away from homes- the basketball court. Was out for my usual Sunday arvo practice session.

That's a match, methinks! Do I get a prize? :D

I too was in a sporty frame of mind, on my way to tennis, but I was going a different way this week to pop in on rellies. If I go that way again, I'll be sure to toot! :)

1 parked on the herbert street side (black and lowered)

and the other on the other side of the station .. silver stock .. but really nice tint ..

I've seen the silver Stivo in Northcote Street, St Leonards... must be a local to the area

Yep that was me. :D

I got the tinting done @ Toyota Chatswood they get a group called TrueTint to do it for them. I don't have the details on them at the moment as I am posting at work, I will have a look around and see if I can get more info for you.

yer dude i believe the black stivo with 141kw plates is in brisbane...it actually lives down the road from me...it has chromies (ugliest ever!!!) n clear altezza tailights.....so yer

come to think of it dave and i saw this guy at the BP on Mccullogh street the other night. he spoted our cars and asked us about the eyelids.

the chromes arent that nice and the muffler sounds tinny.....

just spotted a loverly silver stivo lowered with nice rims on charlotte street. also had a sports grille...was very tidy.

i left a flyer on his window for him...hope he drops in and says hello ;)

Peekay34 - i think it was you who i saw today at around 4:30pm on blackburn rd. You were waiting at the lights waiting to turn into the monash freeway at the blackburn rd entrace/exit.

My window was down and i think u looked over too...

On epping road going toward the city (just past the space station)

white sportivo ... dirty as ... almost looked like a different color .. and scratched .. someone aint taking care of their car ..

and it had QLD plates with red writing .

It hurts to see a sportivo like that

      Toyota Corolla 2012 zre152 transmission issue

      Hi Toyota owners, I'm new to this forum registration. I need some advice or help as I have a shifting issue with my 2012 4 speed transmission. It doesn't do it all the time but the gears don't shift smoothly specially 3 to 4 gear it just bangs in when I'm cruising and it happens more often when hot. Got full transmission serviced with Toyota genuine parts no metal shavings in pan. Changed ATF 3 times. Full major service done, 100000 KLM on car. Full synthetic oil with 98 Ron fuel. Throttle body cleaned twice. Maf sensor cleaned. New spark plugs. No engine codes. Great loss of power sometimes specially on hot days. Please help as no mechanic knows what the issue is. Thanks in advance.

      Yes mine is October 2023. It arrived late February Early March to the docks in Brisbane. I have a friend who has been told that hers will be in the next shipment but is only on the production line now. So future stock should be 2024 ! ?

      Thanks Martin. I thought that may have been the case. However, it seems an anomaly with so much tech on board. My wife always looks for this feature after an ugly incident while stopped at a traffic light some years ago. As you said ...perhaps an OTA update? One other thing if you don't mind me asking. What is the build date on your vehicle? The C-HR's that appeared at my local dealer in the last fortnight all have an October or November 23 build date. Thanks, Peter

      Auto door locking on new 2024 C-HR?

      Hi I was very lucky to receive one of the first new models last month. My Koba is amazing- as have all of my previous Toyotas. However in answer to your question it does not automatically lock the doors when you engage Drive or when you reach a preset speed. I am very disappointed that with all of the electronic devices and safety features and the approximately 20% increase in price over the last model that Toyota Australia has left a very important safety feature out of the vehicle. We see cars being carjacked almost nightly on the news. My knowledge of technology in this sector is limited but surely it is only an update of the operating systems to fix this. The new model is a beautiful car- your wife should still buy one.

      is it possible to import US model Sienna to Australia?

      I rent a 2023 model in US just few days ago it’s beauty and real good on fuel much nicer to drive compare to Honda Odyssey which I own one 2022 model make me wonder why Toyota AUS won’t bring the Sienna hybrid to Australia instead we get bulky ugly looking Granvia with diesel engine 🤔🤔!!

      How to delete bluetooth device?

      I have a Yaris and had a similar issue. I just submitted a similar query to GPT. The response was to go into settings, view paired devices, select the device to remove, and confirm the removal. It helped me; I couldn't find the answer on the internet, but I found it there.
