I don't think fuel comes out of any of those 4 holes.

Number 2 is the pcv (positive crankcase valve). This is where you would find your blow by gas coming from.

Number 4 is a return for number 2 which goes back through the intake manifold.

I think 1 and 3 are just breather lines.

thx and1 for helping me out!!

hey~

think the best way for the 2zz is to have a 9mm inlet/outlet for the can

use your stock hose and connect the HOSE 2 (9mm) to the TANK without removing the HOSE 4

HOSE 2 & 4 are the same hose

i was looking for a hose reducer on the net 22mm==>9mm... but no luck! think its too big

is it ok?

if yes, i'll start collecting money again

Why is it that we can't have a 9mm inlet and 22mm outlet? Just curious

all these catch can does the same job but saikou's has better design and does a better job

if you read his site, hes got oil catch can for lotus exige and stuff.

so if it good for the exige then it should be good for you stivo guys

im still not sure on what else they do besides help prevent oil getting into the intake.

but would they be useful on a stivo?

Not much more to understand.. No oil in intake means no oil reaching the engine.. Burning oil is not great for your car lol..

I'm just reiterating what I have said before. If you hit lift often then I think it is good to have one. Just to be on the safe side.

I have gathered the following coloured logos from the Saikou Michi website (with abit help from M$ paint) :D

I'm not tooo fussed with the colour, but it would be a neat touch if we were able to choose one or the other

Definitely want the red can white logo black outline!

And with the 9mm out... is that going to be hard to find a reducer? 22mm -> 9mm? either way i guess i don't mind so yeah 8=9mm in/out sounds good

If 22mm hoses aren't hard to find then why not.

Will confirm if bunnings have got those.

Keep you posted.

Sorry about this. Been a tad busy I almost forgot about it :spiteful:

:P :P :P :P :P

If you can't find the right hose what's stopping your from using the factory hose? Unless it's too short, which in most cases it isn't..

Looks a tad challenging as I have an airbox there ....

thought you have an intake as well...

just attach it next to the battery

IMO.. 9mm will be better for you guys

1. its 9mm in the other end anyway so you're only extending the 9mm part of the hose NOT decreasing the whole hose from 22mm==>9mm

2. you can probably use it in your next car since most other cars are running 9, 12, 15mm

i reckon the only bad thing is you can't use coloured garden hose XD

btw, let me know what colour you want!

i'll update the list!
