Hey guys!

Just confirmed by Topstage that I can get the eyelids for the facelift and rearlids (both for pre and post facelift) for 60 dollars a pair!!!

This is an extension from the previous wing tip thread. I split it as the eyelids and rearlids are coming from a different supplier.

I'm not quite sure LOL. I think they're somewhere around my house but I really cannot find them. So I thought I'll get another pair and if I find the others I'll sell one of them lol..

i'm going to put them in those big bags with the bubble wrap so it arrives at your doors in the condition i sent them in...

Hey guys I got them today. The eyelids are good. All they need are abit of sanding back. However the rear lids need to be sanded back to fit nicely around the inner section. The reason why he did not cut it was it helped with the moulding of them around the inner upper corner of the lids. All in all it's a food fit as I tried these on a facelift model. I think u guys will be happy with them. He also bubble wrapped them himself so that's good :) will get these to u as soon as I get quotes for the postage. Cheers guys

I got my eyelids today.

The quality of mine are alot poorer than my first pair. Doesn't quite sit the same as my other pair, ie doesn't fold down over the edge like my first pair which I now have found LOL

yeah unfortunately becuz its custom made there are subtle differences between different pairs...

anyone else had this problem?

      Thanks Martin. I thought that may have been the case. However, it seems an anomaly with so much tech on board. My wife always looks for this feature after an ugly incident while stopped at a traffic light some years ago. As you said ...perhaps an OTA update? One other thing if you don't mind me asking. What is the build date on your vehicle? The C-HR's that appeared at my local dealer in the last fortnight all have an October or November 23 build date. Thanks, Peter

      Auto door locking on new 2024 C-HR?

      Hi I was very lucky to receive one of the first new models last month. My Koba is amazing- as have all of my previous Toyotas. However in answer to your question it does not automatically lock the doors when you engage Drive or when you reach a preset speed. I am very disappointed that with all of the electronic devices and safety features and the approximately 20% increase in price over the last model that Toyota Australia has left a very important safety feature out of the vehicle. We see cars being carjacked almost nightly on the news. My knowledge of technology in this sector is limited but surely it is only an update of the operating systems to fix this. The new model is a beautiful car- your wife should still buy one.

      is it possible to import US model Sienna to Australia?

      I rent a 2023 model in US just few days ago it’s beauty and real good on fuel much nicer to drive compare to Honda Odyssey which I own one 2022 model make me wonder why Toyota AUS won’t bring the Sienna hybrid to Australia instead we get bulky ugly looking Granvia with diesel engine 🤔🤔!!

      How to delete bluetooth device?

      I have a Yaris and had a similar issue. I just submitted a similar query to GPT. The response was to go into settings, view paired devices, select the device to remove, and confirm the removal. It helped me; I couldn't find the answer on the internet, but I found it there.

      @campbeam much appreciated, very interesting, it’s got me buggered as on the Toyota Estima groups everyone is quoting 1.6 litres cold for a drain and drop, now, these run the exact same drivetrain as the Aurion 2GR-FE and U660E combo, so in theory all figures should line up, I’m hedging my bets on your maths and techniques though, you seem well versed…. thanks again

      My wife is looking at purchasing a new 2024 C-HR Hybrid. Does anyone with one of these know whether the doors lock automatically when driving off? Her 2018 C-HR doesn't do this which is annoying as my 11 year old Kia Sportage does.
