Hi there I have a 90 series Prado 3.4ltr 4speed auto when I put even a small load on the car it does not like to go into o/d these is even with a empty 7x4 trailer is there something not right with the trans any help would be appreciated thanks

get it into a dedicated transmission specialist ASAP you just may save yourself need a new box if you dont leave it to long

it could be a dud sensor or a sticky valve body or even a lazy solenoid it may just need a tweek and a flush

but if you destroy it it will cost much more
