1999 Toyota Starlet Life / Towing?

Would anyone know how well a Toyota Starlet Life (2 door version) will tow a box trailer. I understand the unbraked towing capacity of an unbraked trailer is 350kg which doesn't sound like very much. Braked it is 650kg.

All I want to do is fit towbar to my starlet for towing a box trailer when moving stuff in and out of storage. Has anyone done this?

I used to have a ke70 and managed to tow a 8x5 box trailer with it. It worked fine. Not sure about the starlet though because they're quiet a small car?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Yes but with almost nothing in it unless the trailer is braked.
