40 Series Sportivo seats into 50 Series

I have the opportunity to get a set of Sportivo seats from a 2010 Camry at a decent price.

Looking to put them in my 2012 Camry Altise.

The question I have is if they are a direct bolt in - front and rear - and also, because the Sportivo seats are power operated, is there somewhere I can tap into for power to the seats ?

Thanks for the help.

get a tape measure and start measuring holes,

as for the power seats; not too sure if there would be some wiring harness' along the side :g:
