13 is an RPM signal issue.

Diagnosis: NE signal is not input to ECU for 300msec, or more when engine speed is 1,500RPM or more.

Trouble area: Open or short circuit in NE circuit, Distributor or ECU.

The NE circuit is the crank angle circuit within the distributor.

Is it throwing the code permanently or is it stored? You can disconnect the battery for a period of time to try and clear it.

Better to pull the EFI fuse, that way you don't lose radio presets etc...

already fixed the code cleared itself thankgod i fort i had a whole new bucket of worms to deal with was gonna say will be easier to burn the ***** car lol, its defo a female
