Leather seats repair

I need to repair some cracks in my Aurion 2013. It has black leather seats. I just got confused with its leather finish, it is either matt or satin black. I am trying to colour match the more accurate the better results will be. At the moment I am considering Colourlock from Amazon.

I've contacted them and they advise me on the following:

1 x Cleaning Spirit 225ml (to degrease the surface first)
1 x Leather Sanding Pad
1 x Liquid Leather Neutral
1 x GLD Pen
1 x F034 (it comes in satin finish as standard and whilst we offer a matt version we do not offer this on Amazon just yet. We can get one for you but we would have to mix the colour specially and you will have to order differently)
 

I suggest you check out the items and if you decide to pursue this further, I will advise on next steps. I hope this sounds suitable.

I could see feedback from other people that most of the dye finishes give a gloss look, I don't think that seats in my Aurion have a gloss finish, to me it is more like matt or satin.

What do you think???

Our Presara leather is the matt grey as I believe most are matt finish

Thank you, that's what I've thought also, but was not very sure. So now I ask them to get a matt dye for me.

How's you steering wheel ? Anyone on here had any success touching up colour lost through scratching/wear presumably from wearing rings or just normal wear & tear?

The steering wheel is ok at the moment as it is 2013 model. What I got to know is that once you apply the dye you also need to apply some kind of Acrylic Resolene Leather Finish Protectant otherwise the dye may get to your hands

 I got to know from American Toyota forum is that Toyota leather seats are only real leather in the center section. The rest is vinyl. And vinyl is a different repair.

Ok, After doing some more search I've found something better I think more towards Toyota:

They provide very specific colour chart.

after a very careful close look, the colour is very likely to be:  Dk charcoal black (2304) on mine 2013 Aurion. From the chart provided from above sites. And I think that is the true colour shade. And it looks like it is the most popular colour used for Toyota cars leather trim.

Doc's total package sells same products as Classic dye products but for a few dollars less. And his website just does not  look up to date...

 

I think they ship in America but also could ship overseas.
