Iphone Bluetooth issues

Hi Guys

I have a Fortuner and an IPhone 5s

When I first sync the phone to the car everything works fine. After a couple of days, I lose access to my contacts and the dial pad. Also, the name associated with my favourites disappears. I can still receive calls and access my history to make outgoing calls though.

To rectify I have to “forget” the connection and reload and re-add my favourites. This issue is constant, not a one off.

My workmate also has a Fortuner with an Iphone SE with the same issues

I contacted my local dealer who wasn't aware of the issue but arranged for a firmware update. This hasn't resolved the issue.

Anyone have this same issue or know of a fix?
