    • Hi Lee-Anne, From what i have read The P0093 code is triggered once the vehicle’s powertrain control module (PCM) detects the possibility of a large fuel leak on the high-pressure side. The code is logged once the PCM perceives a significant drop in fuel pressure within the fuel system’s high pressure rail as reported by the fuel rail pressure sensor. There are quite a few videos on You-Tube about the issue but it is not always for the RAV 4 so worth a look to see if one is for your model. I would be very careful if you intend to drive it as it can go into limp mode at any time. I am sure if any have more information on it they will let you know KAA
    • You have to use specific supercharger oil. Harrop: 60-SC-OIL-250ML ACDelco: 10-4041 Eaton: as per image There's a few brands, I personally use ACDelco. I put in about ~160ml or fill to the opening port as per some documentation. Not sure how often it's supposed to be replaced.
    • Im wanting to change the supercharger oil but not sure what to use? Do I need to use a specific SC oil for this? Can I use any Full Syn 5w30 or 10w30 engine oil? How much do I put in? What goes out is what goes in I suppose. How often do I need to replace it? Thanks guys.
    • Hey guys! I am sort of cheating here, I actually have a 2003 avalon, but the same engine is squeezed into the camrys and there's more people in here so I figured I would rather post here, My 1mzfe is getting 15+L/100km(Dash is reporting 16.9L/100km but when I measured it myself it was less), and I'm not sure why.  Fuel trims are mostly fine except for idle, where there is an 8% longft on the front bank. Ive tested it for any big vacuum leaks, replaced the rocker cover, changed the injector rings, and cleaned the injectors a little bit. The only thing I can think of is that I have a faulty injector, for three reasons. One, the consumption, and two, the fuel trims are only a bit weird in one bank, and three, the hot starts. When turning off and restarting the engine at hot, it seems to instantly rev to 300 then stumbles on itself, which I'm guessing is because there is excess fuel in the chamber, or fuel has leaked past an injector. This is actually the only issue in the car that concerns me, because it starts very very dodgy some times, gurgling to 800rpms when hot. Also on cold starts it shoots to 1600 a lot more aggressively than any other car I've driven(maybe its sending too much fuel in?) As for other things, as far as I can tell it isn't burning any motor oil, haven't lost any in 4 months. I don't smell any petrol on starts or when driving, maybe a tiny bit occasionally but its hard to tell, and I don't drive like a madman, Im mostly under the limit because I'm trying to save fuel. Here's what I've done so far: Air filter Plugs, coils, coil leads (Had a bad misfire due to 2 bad ignition coil leads, it was actually reporting better fuel economy before I replaced them) Oil Maf cleaned Disconnected battery and did idle relearns Replaced the O2 sensor on lean bank Let me know what you think, I've ordered an injector cleaning kit to try clean them out more properly, also if I pressurize them and they leak then I will know what could be the issue, but other than that, I don't know what to do.
    • Can anyone please tell me what P0093 code means?
