I've seen a lowered Honda leave a part of his exhaust behind over a speed hump at Safeway and some old lady picked it up and starting running after the car with it yelling something in a foreign language

Exactly what I said, the car it too low and the muffler caught on the speed hump.

The force must have sheered off the bolts on the first flange.
