Is it using a oiled filter such as K&N? If so, the filter has been over oiled. Clean the airbox, wash out the filter and re-oil only very lightly.

You can get oiled air filter elements that drop straight into the stock plumbing. It could be using a 'panel filter', in principle a less restrictive stock-dimension element that allows more air through, as well as more dust and particulate matter which necessitates the use of oil. The only way to know is to pull the airbox open and look at it. If it's foamy/cotton and oily, then it's one such filter. If it's rough like paper and dry, it's stock spec.

The only other way that oil is getting in is if (somehow) it's being sucked in from outside (unlikely), or if (somehow) there's a large hole somewhere near the air filter box and oil is spraying into it (also unlikely).

itll be from the breather pipe from the rocker cover not sure on this model wether it goes straight back to the air box or if it runs into the air tract it sounds like its spurting oil into the the pipe and is running down the intake to the airbox

the oil....is it black??...if it is then its coming from the compressor side of your turbo. factory toyota turbos have the inherrent fault of compressor seals leaking.

if the turbo isnt the cause then try removing the oil filler cap when the engine is at idle. if you get blown away from the air coming out then the engine has worn pistons/rings/cylinders. and for this model of vehicle and type of engine this "oil" problem is VERY common.

cheers
