I been sitting on the fence within this forum and together with the US forum for some time.

But tonght I'm gona ask.

I know theres a Grande link instruction to increase the Bluetooth volume for the person thats hearing you from the car.

But I'm finding that peoples I call have trouble hearing me properly. I hear them fine.

I have a 6120Nokia with the latest '08 software download installed. The mobile sits in the cup holder or me pocket.

The local toyota dealer says there is no fix to increase the mic pick up sensitivity within the unit.

Prior to my 10,000 k service I will have to pair up some other family phones to see if it's just the 6210 causing it.

Do others here have this concern or is there a fix my dealer doesn't now about.

Feedback welcome.

Yeah I posted a reply on the Grande thread about the non-Grande version (6-stack) asking the same question. Looking forward to hearing whether there is a fix.

OK.. playing with my 6 stacker.. there is a solution to make the voice clearer and it is to put the handset in the direction you're speaking like a cupholder because not only does the microphone in the headunit work but also the microphone on your handset also functions (at least it does on my O2 phone). So give that a try and see if it helps with the other end being able to hear you.

ST,

I will try that and maybe also try the phone upside down facing me in the cup holder. I never thought the handsets Mic was in some sort of use during a bluetooth conection. But hey I'll try it- Thanks

Cheers Garry
