Have you tried disconnecting all power either by disconnecting both batteries or disconnecting the main plug to the ECU - firewall on passenger side. -

Camry 99 cooling fans not turning on Normally
Hi all just joined this group fault with my old trusty 99 Camry has me a bit stuck, as iam not new electronics at all . so, the cooling fans are not turned on with normal driving, i have replaced the 2x temp switches one on the top of the motor next to the dash gauge sensor and then the one at the bottom of the Radiator. Relays are fine but for good measure these were swapped out in fault finding. When the AC is on Both fans operate just fine, so we know the ECU is getting to tell the fans when to swicth on and how much speed etc , so currently iam driving around with the AC just for the fans. My next idea was maybe a bad connection on the ECU, so that's tonight's job. But other than that anyone got any ideas or has come across this in the past ???? Cheers -

Kluger Hybrid GX 2023 Wind Noise from windows
I've noticed wind noise coming from both the driver and passenger side window glass in my Toyota Kluger Hybrid GX 2023. Took it into Airport Toyota dealership (where I purchased the car in Nov '24) and went for a test drive to demonstrate the problem. Mechanic said it was unusual and too loud even with the windows fully closed. They took in the car to investigate and was first told that the mechanic sealed the windows with tape and tested and found 50% of the noise reduced. I was told seals will need to be replaced. Now the wind noise is even louder. Next day, got a call asking to bring in the car to refit or replace the whole windscreen. Totally different to what I was told earlier. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve come across mixed reviews on Reddit mentioning potential issues with seals under the bonnet/hood, door seals, or even the mirror design. Would really appreciate it if fellow Kluger owners could share their experiences and, if you've managed to resolve this issue, the solution that worked for you. Thanks!- kluger gx

Electrical issues
Hi guys, I’ve got a 2023 Lc300 it’s taken on some water and soaked the drivers side front floor. ive done the obvious and stripped the interior out, dried everything cleaned all the plugs checked for corrosion made sure no plugs have shorted out replaced the battery checked all fuses contact cleaned everything. Although I’m still having some issues, -drivers seat has no power to it -radio will display screen but won’t let me change anything touchscreen and steering wheel buttons don’t work -central locking plays up -shows warnings on dash I’ve spoken to Toyota all around Australia they have no idea I’ve spoken to a few electricians but no one wants a bar of it. I’m hoping someone here may be able to shed some light? Thanks.- water leak

P0303, rough idle, check VSC message.
Do you remember a Toyota ad [years ago] around the response "Bugger". Engine misfire causes include spark plug, ignition coil and fuel injector. When I checked my spark plugs as part of tracking down engine misfire, I found oil around a few of the spark plugs as a contributing factor. I also found a long 16mm swivel magnetic spark plug socket to be very handy. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/196756153269?_skw=16mm+magnetic+spark+plug&itmmeta=01JHYWNWBVX4JXZ7C6WAZRFFDT&hash=item2dcf94a3b5:g:3BMAAOSws8pnHuBU&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA8HoV3kP08IDx%2BKZ9MfhVJKlqtUwJeOil2iRuVSCtyQOrqULI0EMgdE0a428A%2FFNAw%2FKD9hi2uQFLedafNJSbn%2Bp%2F8v7YkkPrwk%2FLCnBlEeH1XBEOuxRI3pEWxtouABez5uQ9KQf%2B4OJc%2FMxiKPMxxg0CRALap3ZJ4azh2jpPYIXWgexr9OtP53v8KvPIy6otDSy859N35OWs8Pnd4udqpCi7CFZVLebJRc%2BO0IgiqTpVM2tmErlndu1i8xDQP68j6wqsbSF%2BqS%2BXfvIa3AadyUrmg2d0gWwGnktyuIxKAM0HcQYqbvZm1G1Ztd%2FE1WeO6A%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR5jG19yPZQ I have not yet replaced the spark plug seal gaskets but have them on my eBay watchlist. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/196589707493 This video may be relevant. -

That video tells me bank 1, cylinder 3 is the rear, least accessible bank/cylinder. Good info, not so good news.
