Cheap Panel Beater in Melbourne - Where?

Recommended Posts

Hi Melbournians, can you please recommend me any cheap panel beater to have my 2nd hand rear skirt installed? I've been quoted $200 (no paint job required just install) and i believe they are trying to rip me off. So, your recommendations and help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Thanks guys.. I might try DIY... we'll see how it goes..

its easy if you aint spraying it.

i DIY'd mine, if you have a second hand one, there should be holes already on the lip,

what you do is take your mud flaps off, using one of the existing bolts, line the lip up and bolt it in.

to hold mine up at the centre i used the black silicon glue stuff

The thing is.... when i purchased my rear shirt, i wasnt provided screws and brackets. So i'll just need think of some way to hold it up properly. So, i've planned to get screws and lots of double sided tapes.... hehehe... that should do the job.

sorry for the late reply, with the double sided tape you could that that :) you would just need to retape it in the long run as in for screws, you use your original bolts that are holding your mud flaps, the holes on the ends of the lip should match up with one of the holes for the mud flaps

if you want i can take a picture of mine to show you
