Money missing after Commonwealth Bank transaction glitch

Figures. The Commonwealth is a fascist institution, not to mention that the majority of the staff I've dealt with personally have had little more talent for banking or customer service than that required by a burger-flipper.

I'm mainly with ANZ, and can honestly say that I've never had a single issue with them in 7 years.

OMG! thats horrible! Im a CBA customer too i just freaked out but thank *** just checked my a/c all good money is still there! wow just shows u u cant even trust a bank with ur $$$$.

i checked mine.. seems like they reversed the last transaction i had from my netbanksaver to streamline.. 127 bucks moved back to savings a/c :P

i will lodge a report of some kind telling them i lost tht amount.. hrm.. cause that what i would have thought but i usually keep track of my balance or else.. GONE.. i would hv been in the dark..

I've been with Commonwealth ever since I was a little tacker and have NEVER had a problem with them, for opening new accounts, banking, etc. I know my girlfriend lost around $600, but she's already gotten it back.
