if its a corolla you cant go wrong but as for maintainace the less km the better if you can find a ae9# series with less the 200000km and for under $2000 you cant go wrong (exception ae95 as its 4wd more wheel drive more problems)

Why is she threatening to sell it???

Change it into your name???

Because she knows if i dont have a car i cant work then ill have to ask her for money then she can tell me what to do becasue im askign her for money.

putting it in my name once get money from sellign family restarant and fully payin off car. thats if she doesnt get ****** off again.

would've thought your parents would be happy that you've gotten a job and getting some money instead of scrounging off them lol good luck on the car

i completley disagree here,

i spent months trying to find a decent SX to use as a daily and the km's on most of them were 200 - 220,000 but i did look at a couple of sub 200,000k cars and they were the worst out of the lot , the one i got had 240 on it and was also the cheapest of the lot but the best - definatly shop around and don't base purchase soley on km's i have also owned two AE82 seca's that had over 400,000k on them and the yellow car in paticular (auto and more km's) was one of the smoothest most well kept cars i have ever seen. As for the AE95 model i don't see them being any worse , they have a well matched gearbox to suit the rest of the running gear and these also run forever providing that they like and other car are looked after.

I DO definatly AGREE with what you are saying though , as for calling it an AE94 your better off searching for a 90 series corolla in general as you will have more luck.
