1.53.8 was my personal best and this was at my last lap. Not bad looking that I started at 2.04.somthing in the morning.

Had to take some corners in neutral because ......... well you know the sh!t with our gear boxes.

Managed to max out at 4th Gear in the last straight doing about 160km/h before the chicane, braking hard just before hitting the number 1 marker and turn! Then power thru 3rd gear all the way thru the chicane

The day was pretty alright with a few spin outs but because I was being conservative, I didn't. Had 1.59 for 2 consecutive laps until a mate gave me some pointers and wah la (1.53.8). :lol: :lol:

From 2:04 to 1:53.92 is a huge improvement.. Good work Guan!

It's all about beating the PB here on in!

whats the bet next time ya there you will cream that time.

not as many nerves. (been there done that now)

ya know the track a little better than before.

ya know ya car a little better.

and any track advise between now and then will make a little more sense to ya.

p.s shame ya can't drive Winton(or can you)on some PS3 or XBOX360 game?

very well done for a 1st time... the first time i was out there i was doing 2:00mins..

i spun on this chicane that your talking about.. at about 90-100km,, i was asking too much from my tyres on a 40+degree day... lol..

i would not be surprised if next time you go out you'll dip into the high 1:4X's.. the second time you go is always better,, you know the track better..

Some corrections ....

10 32 Promax - Nissan 180SX => Is actually a Toyota Supra

54 54 Aozora - Mitsubishi Evo => Is actually Honda S2000, put this down to Winton timing entry mistake

60 86 Dirty_86 - Dirty 86 => Is actually E30 BMW
