Was just thinking the other day how I would definately purchase an aurion in the style of a sportwagon with an AWD setup......

What you all think?

If anyone wanted to have a go at photoshopping up a concept, feel free to post, would love to see everyone's interpretation

TRD aurion UTE!!!!!!

A great way to ruin the TRD I'd say. This was the general idea thanks to goppy.

That ute is as hot now as the first time I saw that image!

I would love the Aurion to go AWD. I would trade tomorrow if that was available :D

I love the idea of the AWD, it would certainly be a great way to distribute the power the Aurion has :D

Though the idea of the ute doesnt really appeal to me at all.. Even if Toyota did make a ute from the Aurion it would probably be renamed anyway. Not to my liking, though it's really got nothing to do with me if others choose to buy it.

awd would be alot slower, heavier + power lost through drive train

manual and RWD ftw. i would start cleaning my car now to trade tomorow

Yeah your right, but then it would be a Lexus and would be weighed down with every bit of electronic stuff they could possibly fit into a car so probably 6 to 1 and well so on as far as weight goes...

how much power loss and increased fuel economy are we talking about when we talk about an AWD format?
