OK, I'm gonna guess that Azza has had a bad time at Autobard at some point.

What happened? I usually visit the Autobarn at Virginia and always found them quite good, although their young staff can be a bit full-on ... sometimes you barely move a metre through the store and 3 or 4 staff (obviously with poor hearing) ask "Can I help you?"! :P

they take all the good stuff and put it at the back on the night of the sale and leave all the old and crappy stuff out for sale. i was there, and they hardly had nething (audio equipment wise anyway). prices are still too high ever after 25%...:angry::angry:

some of the people on the floor are quite ok. it's the people at the back... installers...

and yes, i share the same sentiments as Azza about the locking up bit.

Fair enough ... I had Autobarn at Virginia fit my driving lights and they couldn't do enough to help me ... I know they have had new owners just over 12 months ago, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

My biggest whinges about Autobarn would be their prices and some items they don't seem to keep in stock very long ... you might see something there, thinking to come back on payday, only to find they don't have it anymore.

But as with anything, there's good Autobarns and there's bad Autobarns ...

Well my issues are based on indeiscrepencies from 2 stores, Virginia and Lawnton.

I don't want to make this a forum for dumping on thier customer service skills (or lack of)....
