Trigger switch for underdash neons. Blue is always on, red comes on when switch is on.

There would be more if it wasn't for that yucky rain you can see on my driveway.

Still getting neons for the back seats + a "non light" trigger switch. Should be here late this week/early next week.

put the neons up more so u cant see em... and how u going to put stuff in the centre without it hitting the toggle switch??

Your can't see the neons when your sitting in the front seats.

That's what the Armrest/drink holder is for :) I never used the centre holder so it was the perfect place for the switch. Plus when i open the flap during the night the whole cabin lights up blue.

looks good mate, getting there....need to come out for a cruise sometime champ

Looking forward to it mate! In a few weeks once people get back from holidays I'll be able to finish early thursday then have friday off. :yahoo:

Nice one Azza...what audio ya got going on,in ya Rolla,i will try and guess,maybe an Alpine H/Unit,can't see in the pic no matter how large i make it...

and dose the console lid cover everything aka stealth... ;)

Yeh bro the lid closes perfectly for me to leave the switch on. I drive with the neons on and the lid closed.

Nice one mate..Pioneer are good units,my last set up i had the DEH7850BT and paired it with Pioneer speakers TSC160R Yellow & TSD161S Yellow and a couple of Clarion amps and the 2 x 15'' Clarion subs (which are still for sale..) in my little Peugeot 306 and we clocked 148db peak at a sound test..

p.s i miss the removable face... :)

Dude...nice set up. Where did you get the db reading?

Dude...nice set up. Where did you get the db reading?

a guy i knew use to own an Autobarn store,we got the Kenwood rep to bring in the test equipment and did a few customers cars and mine at the same time... :yahoo:

i was the only one that had sound deadened there car (plus it was a little Euro,solid as a rock) so i won hands down..the next guy was in the high 130's from memory.

can't wait to see what my new systems gunna do once it's all run in and the new amp arrives.. :unsure:

anyway mate your set up looks choice and looks like it will pump... B)

YEP! You guessed it. I saw some blue condom sleeves at supercheap for $3 and thought...hmmm...maybe.

FAIL! been looking for some blue leds plug and play...any advice?

NOS switch is under the dash, I installed the neons so I can see it!

I wanna drop her on some kybs and kingys first. Hopefully a body kit if i can find a decent price.

im looking around for LEDs myself, hoping to buy locally just in case of faults... will give you a reply when i get them

also another thing, your grille looks painted but obviously not matching the body colour.. are you getting it sprayed by a panel beater or DIY?

are you adding eye lids aswell?

Cheers, that's the colour that the grill was when it came out of the box. Its abs plastic so that might be the raw colour? Getting it sprayed by a scratch removalist when he gets back from holidays.

I already have the eye lids, getting them painted at the same time.

No point putting them on with double sided before they're painted so yeh.

      Landcruiser 200 GPS

      I am sure many owners of Landcruiser 200s have had the same experience as me where the GPS has led me into the wrong roads. I’ve had two Landcruisers, a 2013 model and currently have a 2021 model. Both vehicles had/have poor GPSs. Even Toyota personnel agree with this. so I am considering replacing it with an after market unit. I don’t want one which relies on mobile phone connection. I am looking at a unit sold by Brummstadt.       2010 AURION PRESARA - RELACEMENT OF FAULTY AUDIO SYSTEM.

      Aurion "wobble"

      Since last year I've been getting quite terrible wheel wobble between 60-70 mph on the expressway. Sort of notice it however way less evident now and again going more slow. Recently got crankshaft belt and flash fittings changed at a repairman I believe that accomplishes great work. This began occurring after I got excessively blissful doing doughnuts in the colder time of year and knock a snow bank tapping a road sign haha... I figured I twisted something in the driver side suspension...lower control arm, tie bar, and so on yet repairman said everything was straight and tight, bushings alright, no spillage on them or swaggers. He said perhaps a wheel arrangement would fix it. I maintain that should do swaggers in any case cause the ride isn't quite as smooth as it used to be. Contemplations? Assuming I get an arrangement would it be advisable for me to do the swaggers first or is that all the more with supplanting the lower control arm?

      Oil Pipe Leak

      I'd be surprised if they expect you to pay for it as it is a recall issue. Glad it's been checked out before it's too late though.

      Fusible link has blown out twice

      Any one had any experience with fusible links blowing out. Auto electrician replaced one fusible link today bc and after driving it for 1/2 hour the plastic has melted and the link red hot. It is the blue link in the set. Any suggestion?

      Hilux 2008 4x4- manual jumping out of 1st gear

      Hi just wondering if anyone would know why my gearbox is jumping out of 1st gear, it engages into first but before I can change to 2nd gear it sometimes jumps back to neutral.

      Oil Pipe Leak

      I just had my Aurion ATX 2010 in for service today and received a call regarding oil cooling pipe has a prick hole and car is deemed not safe to drive till replaced. Service department bloke said they are taking photos and sending of for Warranty and awaiting a reply if it will be replaced at their cost or mine. I was informed it was picked up during service in 2020 and deemed safe? I will keep you updated on the outcome. my car has always been serviced at Toyota and only has 209,900 Kim’s

      Swapping hiace motors

      Hi there, bit of background, I’ve got a 2003 Toyota hiace lwb that has a good motor but the shell is dead, and a 1993 Toyota hiace commuter extra long wheel base that has a dead motor. Both diesel, 1993 is 2.4L engine, 2003 I’m not 100% but I believe it’s also a 2.4L engine So my question is does anybody know if the 2003 motor would fit in the 1993 hiace commuter.
