For your fog lights, you will be fine using yellow light. Any blue lights on your car however are considered illegal. Standard fog light regulations will still apply in your state (ie. can only be used in poor visibility weather conditions).

cool. thanks guys, do u guys think it will be nice if i put on yellow fog lights or just tint the fog light to dark?

the whole purpose of foggies is to light up the road surface around 20m in front of you during poor visibility (as DJKOR said). yellow light is the best for this, if you go for white or blue (or put tint over it) youll barely be able to notice any extra light on the road

i think in a lot of states the rules are any forward facing lights must be white or yellow in colour.
