Maximum air and combustion pressure for stock 5SFE setup

Hey guys, anyone know what the maximum air pressure rating and combustion pressure for a stock 5SFE engine setup i.e stock headers, stock air input and output?

Maybe Gregory's Guide, or a Celica forum as they used the 5S-FE as well, why u need to know?

Yea ill definately check there, i found a couple of pdfs...but the one i needed was a broken link <_<

Im more concerned about the rating of the headers...since turbo-ing and supercharging requires replacement, leads me to believe that they cant stand much above stock

It's more so a case of how much exhaust gas they can get rid of,l and ude be looking around $350 for some aftermarket headers, and u wont have much chance of getting a supercharger kit, there was 8 made(and u cant have mine :P )...not saying u cant go custom, but thats expensive

Im not looking to supercharge or turbo, my project is something completely home made...what i need this info for is for two reasons:

1)To make sure that my project doesnt go above this rating

2)If it is actually that low of a rating, then i wanna look into replacing headers

After this ill be looking into how much torque the automatic transmission can take
