Calling All WA members!!!

To celebrate getting my licence back after 3 years (been on extraordinary licence for a while now) i am organising a Motorkhana day at the RAC Driving Centre at the airport. It invovles a dirty great big skid pan with a course set out in witches hats.

It costs roughly $80.00 if i get 10 ppl

Less if i get 16 togetehr. I can account for at least 6 people already but any interest is welcome.

You can thrash your car with no trouble from anyone. i doubt you will get out of second gear but its loads of fun and you can put your car up against at least one soarer, a commodore, possibly a WRX a skyline and some AE86's so register if your itnerested discretion is mine if u come or not.

If the Aurion had a handbrake instead of a footbrake, motorkhana's would be so much more fun... :D

i know its no substitute but learn the left foot brake since it an auto.

makes a difference being able to put it in the sweet spot coming out of a corner.

Anyone is welcome to apply its not a day where speed counts its more to do withdriver ability.

My friend in a 4A powered ae86 beat another friend with a 4AGE powered ae86 so its not about power

I'm interested pending date..

So that means you haven't booked yet?

I heard you have to book like 1-2 months in advance because most of the time its booked out.

If you haven't booked, can I suggest a tuning day there instead :D

A good opportunity to let my AE86 breathing on the track and see how it can handles...

So gonna install extractors ASAP!!!!

iam hoping for SEPTEMBER ! ! !

I would prefer to do a tuning day, i reckon would be heaps of fun. But ive heard to be able to do it you have to have completed a AHG training day?

Perhaps when this has a confirmed date make a new thread in the events section?

That way everyone will see it..
