Hi again,

I have no problem pairing my iPhone to the factory BlueTooth unit in my 08 Presara, but it doesn't seem to transfer things like the phonebook (just sits there saying to get the phone to send it, how do you do that?).

Are there any tricks/tips to get these two gadgets working fully together?

Cheers

The SatNav unit in the Aurion cannot retreive phonebook data from the iPhone. Only specific phones work in this scenario. I have an iPhone and it works fine except for the phonebook transfer feature, which this I used an old Nokia N95 for. (had my phonebook on it prior to going an an iPhone)

The iPhone does not have this capability hence why it does not work on the SatNav unit.

Tofuboi,

So is the Iphone able to use the phone book which you had previously loaded to the Satnav?

U can use it through the Satnav.

With transfering, I used it once with my Motorola, it can transfer data. The only thing, is that you can only transfer the phonebook one by one. Haven't tried with the Iphone..
