FOUND: Drop In Replacement Panel Air Filters

HKS Hybrid Air Filter

I've been looking around for replacement panel air filters for my stock box looking that my paper one is almost towards its end of life and came up with the above 2. The TRD looks like what I have at the moment except soaked in red dye. Then again, its distributed by a reputable local company AAI Motorsports. The HKS on the other hand looks pretty much like sponge in a plastic encasing which makes me half tempted to just buy a huge piece myself and cut it to shape.

Or I could just go back to basics and stick to paper filters again .......................

There is also the K&N panel filter. No idea of part number though.

HKS filter has different density foams for trapping crap

I will be getting a K & N got one in my 380 and best 60 bucks I spent
