Toyota Stock HU Moddification.

Guys i need some help , does anyone here know how to modified this HU to run USB and aslo AUX ? cant be bothered spending money on New HU unit that have AUX and USB or even GPS or sat nav appreciated .

If you have an ipod, theres a tape adaptor thingy for ipods which are sold in jb hi fi or other audio shop i believe

Watch out for the X-Car Link boxes. I've had experience with two (one mine & one my friends) and have found them to be flakey at the best of times. I don't even bother using mine anymore, it's now just a glovebox filler ;) When I started having problems only days after installing I emailed the company to get some help but of course I heard nothing back.

If you do a search through the forum there is a link from someone that tells you how to put an AUX outlet on the deck, fairly simple to do from what I have read in the thread. Sorry cant find it at the moment.

As for USB haven't come across a mod for that yet.
