Practical? Hell YES!! it takes balls and hard work to get a ride looking as sweet as most of these do, and at the end of the day there is nothing better than cruising in one of these. Practical for the inner baller in all of us.

You simply slow down to avoid dips (I love holding up traffic doing so), and take alternative routes if there are speed bumps... or get bags.
