Re reverse 15w HID:

Just waiting back on some info re T20 fitment, if they have them (which i think they do) they will work in the ZRE also.

FYI, I have made my own 7,000k Flux T20's, Quite bright but not as bright as the 15w'ers will be.

these T20's i made are also Dual colour, acting as an extra brake light when the brakes are applied also:

Just gotta work on them a little more then i should be able to make sets up for those that are keen. Quite fiddly to make.

Bad news, the 15w HID reverse kits are only made for specific vehicles. No T20 kit as of yet. There is a T10 kit i believe, so maybe mods could be done to that to get it to fit the T20 socket. The t20 plug in wont be an issue, just the mounting/socket.

On a lighter note, the T20 PIAA super terra extremes did quite well..

EDIT,

Seems most of the kits are 921 size, which is between a T10 and a T20. Im pretty confident that these could be made to fit the housing easy enough.

Hmmm...... let me think about this...

Ok, after a bit more research, The 921 should have a base very very close to a T10 socket... maybe 0.5 of a mm in it, but should be cool. Now just to match the twist in to the housing....

Why would you need variable HIDs?

Weird how anything with Japanese on it seem nice :D

Why would you do anything to a car that runs and looks perfect when you buy it?

Because you can. :)

Way I figure it, is adjustable hid would serve to lessen the risk of being pulled over by cops if u were to set it low. Also saves money and time say If you bought 35w hid and later decided you wanted brighter. I dunno. I just want them for the pure novelty value :)
