Did this last month, the original lock mechanism is negative triggered. If you tell me what kit you got and/or put up pics of the install manual I can tell you which wires go where :)

Hello, I have the same model camry and want to install a keyless remote onto the central locking system. Can you tell me what wires you ended up using. Thanks

Hey Mark, if you have the same kit I have it's fairly simple but time consuming. The photos I uploaded should have the instructions, I spliced wires instead of soldering which saved a bit of time and no problems.

Make sure you're using a test light, hook up the earth wire to the key in the ignition. Only reason I say to use a test light is because a few wires in the Camry wiring harnesses look the same. I might take some photos as reference.
