Voltage is not stable

hey all

This problem started a couple of weeks ago. Took to electrician to have a look, they told me the alternator has to be changed, since the voltage of car battery kept jumping up and down. However, after i changed new one, the problem still has. and the lights are still flashing, the CD player still keep restarting, if i turn on the air con, even worse. Did anyone konw wt the exact problem is? thanks in advance.

When they replaced the alternator, did they also replace the voltage regulator? What Year, Model, 4 or 6 cyl Camry.

What I'm not sure about is if the Alternator has a inbuilt voltage regulator or an external voltage regulator. I Googled but couldn't find any relative information, except for wire connections that may be loose or not connected properly.

Just a another point from what I read, what about the condition of the battery. I can only imagine they would have tested when the alternator was installed, that they checked to to make sure it was charging the battery. But did they check if the battery was holding the charge and if the battery has any bad cells. Sorry I can't provide more positive answers.
